3. Application fields:
1. Oilfield Industry:
Drilling additives, serving as a coating inhibitor, thickener, and stabilizer.
Fracturing drag reduction.
Enhancing oil recovery, used in tertiary oil recovery to increase displacement capacity.
2. Mining and Mineral Processing: Used in the treatment of coal washing and mineral processing wastewater to promote solid particle settling and water clarification.
3. Water Treatment: Industrial wastewater treatment, particularly neutral or alkaline wastewater with coarse suspended particles, high concentrations, and positively charged particles. Municipal wastewater treatment, flocculation and sedimentation of domestic wastewater.
4. Storage conditions:
At room temperature, the storage period in a closed container is generally 6 months. The optimal storage temperature is 10--27°C. The polyacrylamide emulsion should not be frozen, otherwise the performance of polyacrylamide emulsion will be affected. When stored in small barrels, it is necessary to pay attention to regular turning and shaking to achieve full mixing and prevent layering. When stored in large containers, an agitation device should be installed for regular agitation to ensure full mixing.
